Kathy Bailey is a North Carolina native and has taught for many years in Wake and Franklin Counties. She is grateful to join the Saint Raphael community where she can help nurture her students’ faith formation and inspire them to develop a lifelong love of learning and service. She and her husband have been married for 25 years and have 4 beautiful children.
