Mrs. Packer is originally from Memphis. Tennessee, but most recently moved from South Florida with her two children, Noah and Charlotte, and her husband, Matt. She taught 5th and 6th grade Language Arts and Social Studies in Memphis, 6th and 7th grade Social Studies and Language Arts in Paducah, KY and 5th grade in Fort Myers, Florida. She acquired a certification to be the K-8th grade Learning Specialist her final year at St. Francis Xavier in South Florida. She enjoys coaching and being outside with her family and dog. She believes in the value of a catholic school education to guide all students to have a strong faith and guide their futures in the best direction.
