Payment
Policy: Camp registrations are limited & available on a
first come, first serve basis. Camps will be open to the St.
Raphael
parish after May 2,
2008. PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL at time of
registration. Athletic camp discounts are available to SRCS
Booster Club members with current membership. Membership is based on
the school calendar year
of Aug-Aug. You may sign up for membership at the time of registration
to be granted discount.
Cancellation
Policy: We will charge a $20 per camp session fee for cancellations.
Late fee:
A late fee of $20 per camper will be charged for all new
applications received after June 2, 2008.
Late pick-up
policy: Due to numerous late pick-ups in past camps we will
incorporate a late pick-up fee system. Out of courtesy to the coaches,
please make every effort to pick you children up in a timely manner. If
you do not pick up your child within fifteen minutes after the closing
time for camp we will bill you in the amount of $5.00 per
fifteen-minute increment of time.
Weather
Policy: Camps are open rain or shine. In case of inclement weather
call the Camp Hotline after 12:00 noon on the days of outdoor camps.
