Before School Program

Welcome to the Early Arrival Program.
The following is some basic information about the program.

After School runs from 3:00p.m-6:00p.m. daily-half days 12:00p.m-6:00p.m. Registration forms can be picked up in the office or call Cathy Drescher Director of the After School Program 696-4994.

We also offer a Drop-In Program for occasional use. Registration forms are also available in the office. The cost is 15$ per day.

Time:     
7:00 a.m. in the School Library   
8:00 a.m. children are dismissed to their classroom
Toys, games and TV are available for the children. Juice and light snacks are provided.
Fees:      
$ 5.00 per day per child
$ 60.00 for one child per month
$ 80.00 for two children per month

Middle school children may walk in alone, all other children must have a parent walk them in and be sure they are signed in each day.
Please use Falls of the Neuse parking lot, and enter Media Center by using sidewalk next to the field.

After School Program

Welcome to the St. Raphael After-School Program.  
Listed below is some basic information about the program.

Example of a typical day:

3:10pm        Students line up outside office and staff picks them up

3:15-3:30      Attendance & Playtime (After School rooms in Parish Center # 109&112)

3:30-3:50      Snack provided by After School

3:50-4:00      Clean up

4:00-4:45      Outside play (playground) or Inside games (depending on weather)

4:45-6:00      Homework time for Grades 1-6 (Parish Center)

5:15-6:00      Games  & Movies when homework is completed

Pick up

-All pick up is from the Parish Center

-If your child is going to be picked up by anyone other than a parent, we MUST have written permission. A seperate form is kept with after school care.  We will check ID until we get to know parents, anyone else must have ID every time. 

-If you have a situation that requires someone to pick up your child and we do not have written permission, please call Ms. Dresher 696-4994 cell or 844-4643 home with verbal permission.

Noon dismissal

-On noon dismissal days, the After-School program will run from 12:00noon-6:00pm. 

-Please pack your child a lunch and a drink on these days, we will provide an afternoon snack.

-If you are enrolled in part-time care, there may be an additional charge for the hours from 3pm-6pm if the half-day is not one of your regularly scheduled days.

 

Late fees

-Any parent arriving after 6:oopm must pay a late fee of $5 for every 5 minutes they are late.

-Allowances may be made for extenuating circumstances, please contact Ms. Dresher immediately at 696-4994.

 

Payment

-Monthly tuition is due on the 1^st of each month and past due by the 10^th. Payments should be given to me with checks made out to St. Raphael Catholic School.

-If payment is not received by the end of the month, your child will not be able to attend until your account is current.

-Drop in will be billed weekly and payment is due when received.  If an account is more than 3 weeks past due, your child will not be able to attend until your account is current.

-You may have your tuition drafted by giving Tara Hill written permission to draft.
