| Sonshine | To serve our Lord and others at St.Raphael School through prayers and fellowship. (car pool rosary, spiritual tips, crisis assistance) | ||
| Welcoming | Welcomes new families into St. Raphael Catholic School and provides an avenue for those families to ask questions, meet current families, and get acquainted with school systems. (Pot Luck dinner, Kindergarten Step Up, Mentoring Program) | ||
| Catholic Schools Week | Coordinates activities for the school and students to promote Catholic Schools | ||
| Teacher Appreciation | Coordinates special activities and luncheon for teachers during Teacher Appreciation week | ||
| Beautification | Works toward the beautification of the grounds around the school | ||
| Advent Breakfast | Holiday gathering for children to eat breakfast, have their picture taken with Santa, and participate in a craft | ||
| Honor Roll Breakfast | 6th-8th grade students are eligible to receive student recognition for being on the semester honor roll | ||
| Yearbook | Responsible for the production and sale of the school yearbook | ||
| Cultural Arts | Provides cultural opportunities for our students such as pottery classes, plays, Ethnic workshope and performances | ||
| Social | Coordinates and plans social events for school families. (Adult Social, concert receptions, end of year family picnic at Blue Jay Pointe) | ||

| Silent Auction | Organize, plan and coordinate the annual Silent Auction Fundraiser in the Fall | ||
| Golf Tournament | HSA Spring golf tournament fundraiser | ||
| Bingo | Will be held in the spring, in conjuction with the ECC program to provide the parish families with a fun family night out | ||
| SRCC Fair | Coordinate and manage 3 of the children's game booths at the parish fair | ||
| Octoberfest | Help the Little German Band by managing the food service for this event | ||
| Scrip | An ongoing HSA fundraiser through which retailers sell gift certificates to our school at a discount. They are then sold at face value and the school keeps the difference | ||
| Hot Lunch | Provides "fast food" hot lunches on Tuesday's and Thursday's throughout the year | ||
| Spaghetti Dinner | Organizes four spagetti dinners held during the school year | ||
| Used Uniforms | Donated used school uniforms that are in good condition are sold throughout the school year at a reduced cost | ||
| Box Tops | General Mills "Box Tops for Education" are collected from the school families and exchanged for class room and school supplies | ||
| Book Fair | Held each year to raise funds for the school library | ||
| Booster Club | Raises funds for the Middle School sports programs | ||
| Family Night Out | Coordinates and plans school families to attend dinner out at local restaurant (Stromboli's, etc..) A percentage of sales is given to School. | ||
| Room Moms | To assist the classroom in planning/organizing activities as directed by the teacher. To assist organizing volunteers for HSA functions |
